The LanTac M-Spec 5.56/.223 Bolt Carrier Group is a high quality Mil-Spec Bolt Carrier Group precision machined to milspec dimensions and tolerances with a Full Auto style carrier and has a QPQ Nitride finish. The carrier is manufactured from 8620 steel, case hardened and hard turned/ground so that internal dimension are exactly to mil specification. Instead of the traditional Phosphate treatment it is given a QPQ Nitride finish for increased corrosion resistance, durability and performance. The Bolt is machined from Carpenter 158 steel, shot peened and hard turned as per Mil-Spec. The Bolt Carrier Group is fitted with a Lantac CP-R360 domed head cam pin, which are precision machined from 17-4PH stainless steel, hand polished and hardened to H900 condition to reduce friction and wear within the upper receiver.
