Up for sale is a nice original Smith and Wesson K frame model 65-3 revolver in stainless steel with rubber finger groove grips. In good shape overall, it has the heavy barrel with fixed front and rear sights. The rear is the low profile U shaped sight. The bore is in great shape for an older S&W. This revolver is chambered in .357 Magnum and will also take .38 Special ammunition. The stainless finish has light scratches on it, which can be polished and buffed to a mirror shine. You get 6 rounds total in this heavy duty package. Perfect as a duty gun, or first experience with a Smith revolver. The cylinder closes up crisply and could benefit from some honest use to smooth everything up. 


 


Overall Condition: Good condition, showing light, superficial signs of prior handling. Crisp action and tight lockup. 


 


Bore Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no obvious signs of wear.


 


Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.


 


Specific Condition Notes: This revolver is in good shape with few small superficial marks scattered on the barrel and frame. The bore is clean and shiny. With a little effort it can be polished to look like new.
