Remington Rolling Block Egyptian 43

 

This Remington rifle in Egyptian 43 rolling block came to me in a stock that was original and showed it. I fitted the new stock assemblies and finished them appropriately in Tung oil. Sanded down to 440 and then steel wool; 0, 00, & 000. Tung oil coats in between and 2 after 000: 5 in total.

The action  was totally stripped down. Some new screws and a firing pin were installed. The entire gun was refinished in Dura-Coat, Gun Blue color and then reassembled.  There is a reflex red dot sight on it now.

There are brass shot shells I used for forming the cartridge as well as correct sized bullets included.
