I have a 6 buckets set of Ready Hour Emergency Food. It is $70 each or $350 for the set. They aren't brand new, but should have 20+ years of shelf stability.
You can google it and find the set and all the nutrition facts. Each bucket can be opened and you can take a few pouches on your next hunting or backpacking trip. Most of it is cooked with water and a heat source.
The buckets don't say what is in them on each, so you can google "Ready Hour Bucket 1 of 6" for example to find a listing on eBay telling you the specific contents.
This is a 3 month emergency food supply for one person at 2,000+ calories a day. It could support a family for a month easily, especially if rationed.
