ULTRA RARE Chinese RPG-7 aka China type 69, we believe this one to be a 69-1. These are nearly impossible to find in the United States, an for good reason, they were never intended for American civilians to own, UNTIL NOW. This one has been deactivated to make a display piece (as described below) so no special paperwork, NFA requirements, red tape, etc in most states, SHIPS RIGHT TO YOUR DOOR. Who Knows When You Will Ever Get Another Chance to Own One After These Are Gone.

YOU GET THE WHOLE PACKAGE AS PICTURED. Chinese RPG, Chinese Optic, Bi Pod and Inert Display round.

The Type 69 is China’s licensed RPG variant, different from Soviet models in markings, construction, and optics. True Chinese examples are hard to find. Permanently deactivated for display, the tube is cut, a solid steel bar is welded inside, and the firing pin area is welded, while the hammer, safety, and trigger still function. Launcher keeps its rugged, battle-worn look that reflects its long service life and unmistakable Chinese military heritage. Optics are surplus and not guarantee to light up or work. Externally, export models were often produced without overt national markings, conforming to Chinese practice of “sanitizing” equipment intended for foreign supply, just like this one.

Additional information history subject to change or error;

The Chinese Type 69-1 rocket-propelled grenade launcher is a shoulder-fired anti-armor weapon system manufactured by NORINCO for the People’s Liberation Army (PLA). Developed during the 1970s, it represents an improved version of the earlier Type 69, itself derived from the Soviet RPG-7 design. The launcher is configured as a tubular, smoothbore 40?mm rocket-firing system featuring a single pistol grip, forward carry handle, and a long, deeply fluted brown phenolic handguard. The overall pattern reflects PLA refinements made for durability and compatibility with updated sighting equipment.

Distinctive features of the Type 69-1 include dual adjustable folding iron sights and provisions for mounting the correct PGO-7 optical sight, which is fitted in this configuration. The launcher also incorporates a bipod assembly consistent with the later production pattern. The Type 69-1 was standardized for PLA service and subsequently exported widely through NORINCO channels. It saw operational use during the 1979 Sino-Vietnamese Border Conflict and was distributed to foreign forces and movements across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Externally, export models were often produced without overt national markings, conforming to Chinese practice of “sanitizing” equipment intended for foreign supply.

This launcher includes the correct PGO-7 optic and bipod. A completely inert replica rocket for display is also included. The configuration of the RPG corresponds to the PLA-issue Type 69-1 pattern developed for improved sighting and handling over the original Type 69. No additional accessories or packaging details are specified beyond the components listed.
