This is a Ruger model M77 Mark II Varmint bolt action rifle in .308 Winchester caliber. It has a 26" heavy barrel, laminated stock (stock and barrel/action have been painted with a black crinkle-type paint), hinged steel floorplate, 3-position safety, sling studs, rubber recoil pad, and a Limbsaver barrel harmonics damper.
