Dark City Defense is an FFL and complies with all Federal, State and Local laws/regulations.  If you are interested in purchasing an item or items in our listings please read these guidelines for streamlining your purchase:

Begin by emailing us with any questions and leave us your phone number if you would like us to contact you for any follow on.  We do not use a POS system. This slows down the payment process, but eliminates excess fees on both ends of the transaction.  If you commit to a purchase we will work up a final bill to include shipping/handling and insurance cost and reserve it for you until we receive payment in the form of a USPS money order or bank cashier's check.  Once received, your payment will be held until it clears (USPS money orders clear the fastest). In some cases a personal check will be considered, but is subject to a longer clearing process at the bank.  Once cleared and without exception, all firearms purchases will be shipped/transferred to your FFL of choice, including those for local buyers.  We are a bit old school in the way we accept payment but believe it saves everyone money in the long run, promotes solvency and good business practice while steering clear of the interest machine.

 

For customers who prefer to pay with a credit/debit card or their bank account we do offer GunTab as an alternative.  Based on the seling price there will be a graduated fee included: $50 for purchases $500 or less, $75 for purchases $500-$1,500 and $100 for purchases over $1500.  These fees cover the selling fee charged by GunTab and prevent cutting into the target margin of our sales.  All the best, DCD
