Well, it may be short, but it sure is skinny. That's what she said. But all else aside, the Phoenix HP22 is a pocket rocket of a different color. In this case it happens to be silver. If you want a cheap .22LR semi auto pistol for plinking or anything else, you could do a lot worse. Actually, this is about the cheapest one out there. Except for one that some dude is selling out of his car at University Place or something.
