The FNH FNS-40 is a semi-automatic pistol chambered in .40 S&W, featuring a striker-fired action and a polymer frame paired with a stainless steel slide. It offers a standard magazine capacity of 14 rounds plus one in the chamber. The pistol is designed with ambidextrous controls, including the slide stop and magazine release, making it suitable for both right- and left-handed shooters. A conventional three-dot sight system and rear slide serrations support straightforward sight acquisition and slide manipulation.

For shipped orders, firearms must be sent to a licensed FFL dealer in your area, where the background check will be completed prior to transfer.

Shipping charges reflect the exact carrier cost — we do not add handling or packaging fees.

Inspection & Returns

All firearms include a three-day, non-firing inspection period beginning upon delivery.

If you are not satisfied, you may return the firearm within three days for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Returned firearms must be in the same condition as received.

Failed Transfers & Restocking Fee

If a firearm cannot be transferred (including but not limited to an unsuccessful background check or legal issue), a 10% restocking fee plus shipping will apply. Any refund will be issued minus the restocking fee and shipping costs.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to know and comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase, ownership, transfer, and use of firearms and accessories.
