Discontinued in 1996, this handgun was Smith and Wesson's answer to the widely popular Ruger Mark 1 and Mark 2 of the time. Shooting out of the bottom of the barrel, it is an uncommon firing mechanism, but a very unique and admirable feature. With this one being chambered in 22LR, it makes a nice contender for a shooter that doesn't want to waste their savings on 2 boxes of ammo. With the black coating and the hardwood grips it makes a lovely match and a beautiful piece to add to any collection. We look forward to hearing from or seeing you!
