The Geissele Super Modular Rail (SMR) MK14 handguard is a lightweight free floating rail system designed to be smaller in diameter and overall height than other rails for a slimmer package. The M-LOK mounting system slots allow accessories to be mounted at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions. The top of the handguard has a standard Picatinny rail interface the entire length of the handguard. The SMR features an updated version of Geissele's 2.25" long barrel nut to provide a stable and rigid platform for the rail. Barrel nut wrench sold separately.
