The Luth-AR H1 Carbine Buffer Body is a heavier drop-in upgrade for .223/5.56 AR-15 carbine buffer systems. This precision-machined buffer contains 1 tungsten slug and 2 steel slugs for a total weight of 3.8 oz, providing increased mass that helps improve reliable cycling on mid-length, carbine, or short gas system rifles while also reducing felt recoil for faster follow-up shots.
It serves as a direct replacement for standard carbine buffers and works perfectly with mil-spec or commercial carbine buffer tubes and springs. Ideal for suppressed builds, short-barreled rifles, or anyone seeking smoother, more consistent performance.
