The Model 70 Super Shadow Stock is one of the most popular Winchester in history.  It has the same weight-saving contours and great looks as the Ultimate Shadow Stock but without the rubber over moldings.  Additionally, an intergarted, blind magazine system that replaces the hinged floor plate to further reduce the rifle weight.  The Super Shadow incorporates an oval-dot gripping surface into the composit stock to provide excellant grip in any conditions.  Other features include the Controled Round Push Feed Bolt, designed to offer the best features of a push feed and control round designs and a efficent energy absorbing recoil pad.  Youll notice the Super Shadow as one of the rare rifles that acually feels as good as it shoots.
