Comes with 1 factory 10 round magazine, 1 factory 15 round magazine, and 2 additional (unopened) 15 round magazines.  Also comes with original box, mag loader, and all paperwork. 


It has approximately 250 rounds through it with NO failures or jams whatsoever, and is in excellent condition.  Bought it for my wife but it's too bulky for her.
