The Surefire M640V Vampire Scout Light Pro features Surefire's new Low-Profile Mount (LPM) which delivers unprecedented versatility by allowing the user to optimize the light’s position relative to the rail. The LPM easily and securely attaches to any MIL-STD-1913 or M-LOK rail. The lightweight Scout Light Pro IR features a virtually indestructible LED that generates 350 lumens of blinding white light or 120 milliwatts of invisible IR light for use with night vision devices without requiring a filter. The bezel can be adjusted to switch between white light, disable, and infrared modes. The TIR lens produces a far-reaching, high-intensity beam with ample surround light. The light is activated by pressing the tailcap pushbutton. Constructed of high-strength aerospace aluminum with Mil-Spec Type III hard anodizing for superior toughness and corrosion resistance and O-ring sealed to keep out the elements.
