With a 1:7 twist 5.56 barrel and all new Maxim Defense™ SCW™ brace, the complete 5.56mm package measures just 18.75 inches, making it our shortest SAINT Pistol ever.
The SAINT Edge PDW utilizes three breakthrough developments to achieve its compact stature and unrelenting reliability. Working together, the compact bolt carrier, SCW™ brace and Blast Diverter allow the PDW to digest a steady diet of 5.56mm without missing a beat.
A properly fitted gas block is crucial to the reliable operation of an AR, ensuring consistent gas flow for cycling the gun. The SAINT Edge PDW is built for serious use and, as such, features a pinned gas block mounted on the 5.56 barrel for unwavering strength and reliability.

The SAINT Edge PDW features an HPT/MPI bolt and a compact bolt carrier for use in this short build. The H1 buffer nests inside the rear of the bolt, further reducing the overall length of the operating system.
