RETURNS: We offer three day non-firing inspection of all used firearms sold online. If its not what you thought, ship it back for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Standard “Boiler plate”
All used firearms, without exception, should be checked before firing by an armorer or gunsmith competent in that particular weapon or model.
Next: it is the buyer’s responsibility to actually read the firearm’s owners manual either in printed form or online.

In the case of even factory new firearms; it again is the buyer’s responsibility to clean and lubricate the firearm before firing it. This is particularly relevant for semi-auto firearms. New guns are NOT sold ready to go to the range.

TRADES: we love trades! But (yes there’s always a but) we get emails everyday that start with:
“Will you take my Plastic framed pistol in trade? or alternately buy my plastic framed pistol?”
The answer is yes we will BUT we don’t pay a lot for those guns. The reasons are many but mostly because all of the manufacturers’ polymer guns are readily available. Prices are very competitive and new models are released almost weekly.

One third of total price down
Second third in 30 days
Payoff in 60 days

TRANSFERS: $20 per firearm.
We love to be able to help you get a hard to find gun through a dealer transfer. However, If you have a firearm sent to us for transfer, please give us until the day after you get notice the item has been delivered. We get deliveries all day and we usually have so many customers in front of us we can’t log the deliveries in our book as soon as they come in. We do lots of transfers and if 5-10 guns show up together, there’s no way we can get to them immediately. Thanks in advance for your patience.

ONLINE / OUT OF STATE SALES: You must arrange to have your dealer email us their FFL. Our apologies but we ship lots of guns each week. We simply don’t have the resources to contact the other dealers; particularly the box stores or part time dealers that don’t answer during business hours.
If your dealer insists that we contact them first, please find another dealer to receive the firearm.
SHIPPING COSTS: $50 to ship handgun in the midwestern states. $50 for long gun. Oversized or heavy items will cost more.
$80 for handgun to Pacific Time Zone or anywhere on the Eastern Seaboard. Sorry but it’s not us. We won’t use US MAIL, they’ve lost or damaged too many items.
