To compete with the Glock line of pistols, Smith and Wesson developed their own line of polymer frame/steel slide handguns. This SD9 VE is reminiscent of this similarity, evolving from the original Sigma line. The Smith was well made and reliable, but best of all, it was economical. Entry level shooters that wanted a quality weapon needed look no further than pistols like this SD9 VE. It is 15 + 1 round capacity firearm, with a satin stainless steel slide and black polymer frame. It is striker fired and has a rail in front of the trigger guard to mount a light or any other accessory the user saw fit to add.


Overall Condition: Very good condition, showing only light, superficial signs of prior handling or use.


Bore Condition: Excellent – Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.


Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling – Sharp lands and grooves.


Specific Condition Notes: This pistol is in great shape with some wear marks around the outside of the barrel near the muzzle. The slide is in outstanding shape. The bore is clean and shiny.


This gun has been well kept, but shows some use, with light/medium finish wear around the muzzle. It will serve anyone who owns it for decades to come. This SD9 has not been test fired. Our in house gunsmith did a basic function check and light cleaning. No warranties are implied or offered. All used guns sold AS-IS.
