This is a pretty nice looking Ruger No. 3 in .223.  Has Weaver rings, and a Tasco 6-18x40 scope, 702TR looks to be the model. Also has a Hunter brand leather sling model 210 1/4". It's in "ok" shape, corrosion on the snaps but could maybe/probably be cleaned off?
