Finnish Mosin-Nagant Model 39, manufactured in 1942 by VKT (Valtion Kivääritehdas). WWII-era Finnish Army service rifle and the final, most refined Mosin variant.

Built on an Imperial Russian hex receiver, boxed SA Finnish Army property mark, and “D”-marked chamber. Original Finnish two-piece birch stock with correct inspection cartouche. Strong metal, solid stock, and a very nice bore. Excellent condition for an 80+ year-old military rifle.
