10.5 palmetto state upper w/ free floating m-lok rail. This upper is complete except for the BCG (bolt carrier group) which anyone knows uses the same as a standard AR chambered in 5.56/ 223 etc.  It was purchased as an impulse buy from PSA just because... It's never been shot at all. 
Im looking to trade this for a SHORT upper chambered in 223/556.
