Brand new with or without new Vortex low mount 30mm rings. Very nice scope for the money, clear glass, solid adustments, 0-11 power red dot brightness. I did mount it but never took it outside the house, just to big for my tiny Howa Mini ultralite build though not a big scope my rifle is modified to be kid size. 


Only 20.2 ounces with rings.
