This is a fully parts built Wilson Combat Protector Elite Carbine. The rifle build was done for my customer by a reputable gunsmith in the area. This rifle has never been fired by the seller. It was test fired after the build. The ONLY difference between this rifle and a factory WC elite is the, "Protector Elite" stamp on the lower receiver. Beautiful rifle at a discount compared to Wilson Combat MSRP.
