• The “Stinger” is a compact double-barrel “derringer-type” handgun from Bond Arms.

• The “Stinger RS” (Rough Series) is a variant with a more rugged finish/material set — stainless steel frame and “Rough series” barrel/finish rather than polished, making it a bit more utilitarian and durable.

• The Stinger series was introduced partly to offer a slimmer profile and lighter weight than classic Bond Arms derringers.

Caliber - .380 ACP

Capacity - 2 rounds (double-barrel)

Barrel length - 3 inches

Weight - 16 ounces

Frame material - Stainless-steel frame/barrel.

Safety / Mechanism - features Cross-bolt safety, rebounding hammer, retracting firing pins, trigger guard, fixed sights (front blade / fixed rear)

• The design emphasizes slimness: the frame/barrel assembly is very narrow (~0.55 inches) and the overall thickness is significantly reduced compared to many double-barrel handguns.

• Grip panels: the pistol ships with two sets — a slim polymer grip for compact profile and a rubber grip for better control/recoil management.

• The Rough Series (RS) models from Bond Arms are built to be more rugged — less polished finish, stainless materials — intended for a more utilitarian use, where durability and lower cost may matter more than aesthetics.

• In the case of the Stinger RS: the frame is stainless steel (vs the aluminum frame of the standard Stinger), and the Rough-finish barrel/frame reduces cost and offers more resilience to wear.
