The Springfield Armory® 1911 DS Prodigy Semi-Auto Pistol takes the proven 1911 to the next level with double-stack capacity and all-new features. Re-engineered around its double-stack mag, the Prodigy features a unique polymer grip module that mounts directly to the forged steel frame. The slide features the Agency Optics System (AOS) slide cut that accommodates a wide variety of popular optics – including the Trijicon® RMR, Shield RMSc, Leupold® DeltaPoint Pro, and Docter®/Noblex. Each plate features an integrated rear sight that provides the ideal optic height and sight co-witness.
