Failure to do so transfers all responsibility for any potential malfunction, injury, or damage resulting from the use of the firearm to the Buyer. 2. Assumption of Risk:
By bidding on, purchasing, or accepting transfer of any firearm, ammunition, or related item ("Product") from Detailed Firearms ("Seller"), the Buyer expressly acknowledges and agrees that the use or misuse of firearms and ammunition carries inherent risks, including but not limited to serious injury, disability, death, and property damage. These risks exist regardless of the condition of the Product, and the Buyer voluntarily assumes full responsibility for these risks.

3. No Warranty - Sold "As Is":
All Products are sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS". The Seller makes NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, express or implied, concerning the safety, quality, or suitability of any Product for any purpose. The Seller expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Buyer's Due Diligence and Responsibility:
It is the Buyer's sole responsibility to ensure that the Product is legal to own and possess in their jurisdiction. 6. Release of Liability and Agreement to Pursue Other Parties:
