Notes / What it is

• Winchester’s Model 255 was produced roughly 1964–1970, chambered specifically in .22 WMR with a tube magazine (~11 rounds) and 20.5" barrel. The 200-series stocks were typically walnut-finished hardwood (often birch) on standard rifles; the 255 Deluxe variant carried a select-walnut Monte Carlo stock with basket-weave checkering.
