This is an uncommon post ban Norinco. It's AKS marked and manufactured by the oval 386 factory. Typically, this would have been imported by Polytech, and the sight block indicates that is was originally a spiker. This one, however, was a transitional one that got imported by Norinco. Fortunately it still has a square back receiver and threaded barrel.
