This Winchester Model 94 commemorates a small company that would grow to become one of the worlds largest banking institutions. From it's inception in 1852, Wells Fargo on the heels of the California Gold Rush, started as a wagon service delivering gold, mail, and other valuable goods to and from the west. Dangerous on the road west, wagons were sometimes followed with armed riders as well as the armed stagecoach driver, to fend off outlaws and gangs. 

This Wells Fargo Model 94 was manufactured in 1977. Featuring a 20" round barrel, Tarnished Gun Metal finish, engraved receiver depicting both Wells Fargo courier wagon and a small bank storefront, full length magazine tube, side loading gate, bladed front sight and rear elevation sight, and has a checkered walnut stock and forearm. Comes with it's original retail box.
