Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx) – 3.5% processing fee will apply.
Certified Checks & Money Orders – Make payable to Forge & Barrel Firearms, LLC. Subject to 5 business day hold.
Bank Wire Transfers – Required for orders over $5,000.
Personal Checks – Accepted but subject to a 7-day hold for bank clearance.
Payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD). We do not accept PayPal, Venmo, or other third-party payment services.Refund & Cancellation Policy
All Sales Are Final. There are no refunds or cancellations once payment is made.

If an order is canceled before shipment, a 20% restocking fee applies.

Firearms Sales
All firearm sales must comply with federal, state, and local laws.
Firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer for transfer.
All shipments of firearms require an adult signature. This is an additional fee that is included in the shipping cost.
The buyer is responsible for providing FFL information for the shipment.
Buyers must be at least 18 years old for long guns and 21 years old for handguns.
Background checks are required for all firearm transfers.
Ammunition Sales
Ammunition purchases must comply with all federal, state, and local laws.
Federal law 18 USC 922(b)(1) and 27 CFR 478. 99(b) requires you to be 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition and 18 years or older to purchase rifle ammunitiono.
Some states may require a valid firearms permit or background check to purchase ammunition.
We do not ship ammunition to restricted states or locations (see our Shipping Policy for details).
Ammo can be expensive to ship as it must ship ground due to its hazardous nature. Hazardous shipments do incur additional fees. Depending on your state, shipments may require an adult signature (21 or older).
California: Ammo shipments must be sent to an FFL unless the recipient has an FFL03 and a COE, Connecticut: FOID is required for ammo purchases, Illinois: FOID card required for ammunition purchases, Massachusetts: State-issued ID and FOID are required for ammunition shipments, New Jersey: FOID and state ID are required for ammo purchases, New York: Ammo shipments must be sent to an FFL, Rhode Island: A license is required for the purchase of ammunition; residents must be 21 years or older and possess a valid pistol or revolver safety certificate.
Accessories & Magazines
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws regarding firearm accessories and high-capacity magazines.
Orders containing restricted items will be canceled if shipping to prohibited locations.


Shipping & Returns
Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed in the order they are received and typically ship within 3-5 business days. Some items may come from our warehouse and some from our retail store. Items in the retail location typically ship faster.
We are happy to combine shipments for multiple purchases when possible. However, please note that weight, quantity, and packaging restrictions may limit our ability to do so. To be eligible for combined shipping: Auctions must end within 48 hours of each other. You must contact us in advance to let us know your intentions. As we operate a full-service gun store, online shop, and auction platform, timely communication helps us stay organized and ensures your order is processed accurately.
Firearms require additional processing time due to FFL verification.
A $3.95 processing and handling fee is applied to all orders. This covers packing material, boxes and hazardous labels.
We do not ship internationally.
All orders are shipped with $100 worth of insurance included at no additional cost to the customer. If you would like to insure your shipment for a higher value, we are happy to accommodate that request. Customers opting for additional insurance will be responsible for covering the cost difference between the standard $100 coverage and the total desired coverage amount. To request additional insurance, please contact us prior to shipment so we can provide a quote and adjust your invoice accordingly. Shipping times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. When you agree to purchase products from Forge & Barrel Firearms, LLC., you understand that the company is not liable for packages lost or stolen after leaving our facility. Please refer to the tracking number provided via email and / or GunBroker for updates on the whereabouts of your order. If the tracking information indicates a successful delivery but you have not received your package, we encourage you to contact us for further assistance.
Returns & Cancellations
**All firearm and ammunition sales are final** – No returns or exchanges.
Returns on accessories are accepted within 14 days, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Order cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

Some items ship directly from our New York location, others from our Tennessee warehouse, and certain products may be fulfilled through our distributor network.

While we make every effort to expedite all orders, occasional delays may occur due to carrier logistics outside our control. Tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available.

For items that cannot be shipped directly to the customer, processing will take place at our New York facility prior to final shipment to the customer or designated FFL. Please allow an additional one to two business days for this process.
