Required Information for an FFL transfer includes the Name, Address, Email Address, Phone Number and FFL number of the sending Federal Firearms Licensee as well as the individual (minus FFl number) whom is to receive the firearm. The description of the Firearm(s) or Lower(s) to be transferred including any additional merchandise. You will need a Current Oklahoma State ID or Driver's License for the transfer of a Lower or Handgun, it must have your current address, and you must be 21. State ID's or Driver's Licenses with your current address from Oklahoma, New Mexico, Texas, Colorado, Kansas, Arkansas are required for the transfer of a Long Gun, you must be 18. If the firearm is not picked up prior to the expiration of the 4473 Transfer Period and a second 4473 is required, the fees will be repeated. We do not accept transfers from an individual. If a firearm is not picked up within 60 days, a storage fee will be charged, if not picked up within 120 days the firearm will be considered abandoned and become the property of Neighborhood Pawn. Hours of operation for FFL transfers are 9 am through 5 pm, Monday through Friday and 9 am through 4 pm on Saturdays, we are closed on Sundays and some Federal Holidays.
