I am the original owner purchased this Colt new in 1978 and carried it in a shoulder holster for a year in private service until retirement. Around that time I changed the Colt grips for the set of smooth full wrap-around target grips you see here.

Shows light handling marks, no dents or dings except for the lower outside of the muzzle, which shows some scratches.

There is silvering on the right side of the frame as well as the muzzle from the shoulder holster.

The bore and recessed cylinders are mirrors. Action is perfect both in single and double action, and has a very smooth pull, as though it were tuned. The custom grips are sturdy and fill the hand.
