This firearm is a Remington 572 Fieldmaster chambered in 22LR. The firearm features a 23" barrel and a 15rd tube feeding the firearm. The barrel date code (AF) dates to a manufacture date of March 1959, the second year of production for the firearm in this variation. The firearm is produced in the "Buckskin Tan" color variation that was produced from 1958 - 1962. The receiver and barrel have minor scuffing/scratches from light use of a rifle this age. The wood has light lifting of the varnish on the rear of the stock that seems indicative of the finish put on these guns from the factory. Overall, this gun is in good conditon for its age and the scracity of this color variation has made these coveted by collectors. Get yours today!
