This custom 20 Ga Fowler has a browned 36” tapered octagon to double wedding bands to tapered round 1” to 7/8” to 13/16” smoothbore cylinder bore Green River barrel that is fitted with a brass blade front sight. Inscribed on the left flat is AH and 003. The bore is smooth and shiny. The P++ grade Maple stock is mounted with browned steel furniture, including a German silver thumb piece. Nice carving is noted behind the breech plug tang which corresponds with the decorated finial on the trigger guard. A browned L&R Durs Egg flint lock is activated by a single trigger. Please Note: There is a chip of wood missing at the back tip of the lock mortice and a 2-1/4” hair line crack at the back of the entry pipe. Length of pull is 13-3/4”. Overall Length is 52-1/2”.
