The MR556 is the civilian variant of H&K's legendary HK416 service rifle that has seen heavy use among military and police forces across the world. The rifle features a nitrided marksman barrel, giving the rifle greater accuracy ideal for target and competition shooting common in the civilian sphere. The A4 configuration features a lighter overall weight and ambidextrous controls with new 45-degree safety throw lever for faster and more responsive manipulation. A new, lighter M-LOK handguard allows for easier mounting of M-LOK accessories while incorporating QD mount points for slings and is paired with an updated pistol grip to accommodate modern shooting techniques.

This pistol variant features an 11-inch barrel and a standard buffer tube. One 30-round magazine is included.
