the new CZ Scorpion 3+ Pistol is the next variation of the latest Scorpion 3+ family of firearms. Like all Scorpion 3+ models, the 7.8-inch pistol boasts a suite of customer-requested features and performance upgrades. The redesigned 9mm pistol includes improved ergonomics and smooth operation. Furthermore, its advanced materials are more rigid and lighter than ever before. The Scorpion pistol balances a compact size with the better ballistic performance expected from a longer barrel.

 

We have re-designed the Scorpions receiver from the ground up. The NEXUS EVO GEN1 receiver is machined from a single piece of billet aluminum and is significantly stronger and more robust than the plastic OEM receiver. Our receiver has been revolutionized featuring a Delayed Blowback mechanism that usilizes sprung ballbearings that provide outstanding lockup with the breach face and completely eliminating the chance for bolt bounce and helps with overpressure rounds. We have tested double charged 9mm ammunition and the bearings are able to keep the breach closed for long enough to not cause an issue where this same ammo was normally able to replicate an OOBD in a standard scorpion. The best part about this new receiver is it does not require a proprietary bolt, you do not even need our Enhanced Bolt (even though we will strongly recommend pairing the two for the most optimal performance) but this receiver will work with any OEM bolt currently out there. The entire Delayed Blockback Mechanism is built in to the upper receiver so no need for additional parts. Although we strongly recommend the use of a 125% recoil spring for optimal function.

- At checkout on the receiver you can opt to add an HB handguard that will be color matched to your receiver.

- You can add a free float barrel to the cart at checkout as well. Barrel lengths include 5.3, 8 , 10, 12, 14.5, and 16 inch barrel lengths.

- We strongly recommend the use of a 125% recoil spring for optimal function.

- We also offer the NEXUS EVO GEN1 as a complete firearm that is fully upgraded with all parts / components manufactured by us or our partners.
