This original .38 caliber Kentucky rifle has a browned straight octagon 1″ x 41″ barrel with fixed sights. The bore is good. Stamped on the top flat is JW Kost Lancaster. The P+++ Maple stock is mounted with a mix of brass and German silver furniture, including a cap box and German silver ware plate with Mother of Pearl inlay. Very tasteful metal engraving embellishes all the furniture and inlays. The engraved brass plated percussion lock with L Rogers Xenia Ohio stamped on the plate is activated by double set triggers. Length of pull is 12″.
