Be sure to take this and any new firearms to you to a qualified gunsmith before firing. I prefer payment through postal money orders, cashier's checks or credit cards. I pride myself in getting things shipped out to you guys as soon as payment and ffl is received. I ship Monday through Friday every day. Now accepting all major credit cards at plus 4%.

Payment Instructions: I accept Cash (if paid for in person at our store), Check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Amex, or Money Order. Sales tax collected by Gunbroker based on ship to address.
 
FFL Requirements This is a firearm and must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify all local and state gun laws. I will also verify prior to shipping your item. It is also the buyer’s responsibility to provide us with a copy of your FFL, C&R, or to contact your local dealer and have them provide us with a copy of their FFL. We will not be responsible for delayed shipments due to not being provided with the proper paperwork for shipment.
 
Shipping: Items are typically shipped within 1-2 days after receiving payment and all of the required paperwork. You will receive tracking information directly uploaded to the item order page. I do provide combined shipping if possible to safely do so.
Please note the method of service and stated shipping cost prior to purchasing.  Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional shipping charges.  No international shipping.  
Returns: I offer a 3-day inspection period that begins at the time of shipping delivery to either you or your FFL dealer. I strive to make sure our firearms descriptions and photos are an accurate representation of the item being sold. I describe thousands of guns a year and sometimes something might be accidentally overlooked. If this is the case I will do what is reasonably necessary to make sure everyone is happy at the end of the day. Please look over all of the photos and read the full description and terms prior to bidding. Returns due to buyer's remorse, impulse purchases, failure to completely read the description or terms of sale, etc. will be charged a 15% restocking fee and the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Please ask questions prior to purchasing. I will be happy to provide you with additional photos or answer any questions upon request.
Safety: I do a visual inspection of each item for description purposes. I do not test fire any of the weapons.  It is recommended that all firearms purchases be inspected and approved for use by a competent gunsmith.  We expressly disclaim any liability whatsoever for accident, injury, or damage resulting to any person from the storage or subsequent use of any such item.
