Yugoslavian Yugo model 59 M59 SKS with bayonet still cosmoline and tag RARE from Citywide Supply L.L.C. near South Tucson, Tucson, AZ

RARE Former Yugoslavian built SKS model 59 in military surplus condition with cosmoline. It is said that between 1964 and 1967 only about 52,000 M59 rifles were manufactured at Zastava. The model 59 is a interesting and rare version of the Yugo SKS models issued, since around 1966 manufacturing Yugo SKS s included the 22mm launcher for rifle grenades as the model 59/66. This rifle looks like someone bought it and just put it away for safekeeping, I believe this one came out of an estate. Overall the rifle looks very good in surplus condition, the one noticable rust spot is on the top of the bolt carrier, as pictured. 2012 import tag still on the rifle and plenty of cosmoline. Of course if you plan on shooting it, you need to remove all the long term storage comsmoline first, like any surplus rifle.
