The Shadow Systems Compact Threaded Spiral Fluted Barrels feature minor improvements intended to create more consistent lockup without compromising reliability. The chambers are fully supported and can be fired with hot P ammo and lead bullets. Shadow Systems barrels feature broach cut rifling with a 1:10 twist rate, which is common for match-grade barrels. Conventional rifling is used, so the barrels are safe to use with lead or moly-coated lead bullets. The barrels feature beautiful spiral fluting and chamber pockets, which modestly reduce barrel weight and provide a place for dirt, carbon, or other debris to go, thereby limiting the functional impact. 100% Made in the USA and are custom-designed from U.S.-sourced materials.
