All firearms, including serialized components such as receivers and frames are REQUIRED to ship to a licensed firearms dealer of your choosing. We will need a current copy of the dealer's Federal Firearms License (FFL) before the order can be shipped to that dealer. You are solely responsible for knowing your state's firearm laws before purchasing. If you have any questions, please ask. We will ship anywhere we legally can however, that does not necessarily mean the item can be legally transferred to you. Certain states such as California require additional processing prior to shipping and many states have restrictions on magazine capacity or other restrictions.

Pickup at our home store by appointment only.  All firearms purchased/picked up at our New York State store location require a state and federal background check and pistol purchases require a NYS pistol permit.  All semi-automatic rifles also require a NYS license.  

We do NOT take PayPal, company checks, trades or wire transfers. Visa/MC/AMEX/DIS credit cards are accepted. 3% credit card fee applies. Personal checks, USPS money orders and certified checks accepted but shipping is delayed till funds clear our bank. GunTab Escrow Service is available.
