Nice city government surplus. Used Surefire M900A, tested and working. Features incandescent flashlight and dual white LEDs for low light navigating. The flashlight is enabled using the pressure switch on either the right or left side. The navigation LEDs are enabled by the button on the back. There is also a lockout dial on the bottom of the battery compartment to prevent accidently turning the lights on. Powered by three CR123 batteries, not included.


 

Note: the batteries must be installed + up for the LEDs to work. Incandescent bulbs do not care about the direction of the batteries but LEDs do.
