Original WW2 M1A1 Thompson sub-machinegun in .45 ACP.  Made by Savage for Auto Ordnance, has FJA inspector cartouches for Frank J Atwood.  Also has GEG inspector marks from George E. Goll, who was part of the original TSMG development team.  Arsenal rebuilt at Auto Ordnance in 1945, which is where it likely obtained the replacement Savage lower (and the AO-45) stamp.  Has a faint import mark from Inter-American.  This TSMG was at one point given as foreign aid/military assistance and reimported. I have test fired this machine gun and it ran fine with quality brass cased .45 ammo. Bore is clean. Includes three magazines, all Auto Ordnance marked (2x 20 1x 30).  For more information call/text 319 515 0726
