Selling a Czech VZ 24 Mauser chambered in 8mm Mauser (7.92x57), built by Zbrojovka Brno—one of Europe’s most respected arms manufacturers. These were produced in the 1920s–1930s and widely exported. The action is based on the German Mauser 98, and many were later used by Nazi Germany as Gewehr 24(t).

 

This example is import marked by CAI (St. Albans, VT) and likely came from a Romanian military contract. Bore is clean with strong rifling, bolt is smooth, lockup is tight. No rust or pitting—just that classic surplus look with solid mechanics.
