THIS IS NOT A DESTRUCTIVE DEVICE, AS A FRAME ONLY. This frame transfers just like a AR15 or M4 stripped lower, over the counter same day with most buyers and states. Any business FFL can have this “frame only” transferred to them like a normal pistol or lower, provided state law allows.
