Manufactured in 1993 Date Code KD (Last Year Of Production). This is a rare example of an original H&K semi-automatic pistol that was produced on a limited basis as a shortened version of the H&K 94 rifle. Features a hooded pin front and a round drum rear sights. The side of the receiver is marked "Made In Germany, H&K Inc., Sterling VA." The top of the receiver is marked "HK, SP 89", serial number and the Ulm factory proofmark and an "KD" date stamp.
