EOTech holographic sights are designed to be used with both eyes open so you can retain situational awareness and acquire a target faster than other optics which makes them great for hunting, close range competition shooting or combat. The EOTech is easily mounted to a Weaver/Picatinny rail with the included Quick Disconnect Mount.
The EOTech 558 is compatible with all Gen1-Gen3 night vision devices and features a built in adjustable quick detach mount for instant removal. The brightness buttons are located on the side of the sight so you can reduce rail space when using an EOTech magnifier or backup iron sight. Powered by two AA batteries you won't have to worry about finding the less common CR123 batteries. Battery life is excellent with lithium batteries and good with alkaline. Rechargeable batteries work too but need to be replaced much more often depending on the quality of the battery.
