This came on my CZ Czechmate and I put about 200 rounds on it before I switched to a Holosun green dot. There is no damage just have no use for it. 


CZ OPTIC mount and thumb rest $100 


Comes with hardware and is the pattern of the cmore. Same thing no issues just had to switch to accomedate the holosun green dot
