We make an attempt to actually use the cans that we sell, at least a few times, so we can in good conscience recommend them or answer questions about them. The Lahar series from Aero are literally so good that I still think they should quite making ARs and simply start making cans only. We have run them on our three round burst lower with a 5.56 upper in 10.5", and it really blew our mind on a 16" LWRC in 300BLK on the same lower. We are happy to show you videos of these being run if you come by and see us, so you can get a real world idea of how quiet they actually are.
