1969 Mustang Hardtop from California near Trinidad, Colorado, USA

These 1969 Mustang Hardtop cars were made two weeks apart in November, 1968, at the former Ford Motor Company Assembly Plant at San Jose, California. They were stored in CA, AZ and now in Colorado, resulting in rust-free frames and bodies that are rare to find in this condition!

THE RED-COLORED 1969 MUSTANG HARDTOP
The red-colored 1969 Mustang Hardtop has the original 302 cubic inch engine, the C-4 three-speed automatic transmission and the standard 8 inch rear end. A newly rebuilt 1965 Ford Mustang 289 cubic inch High-Performance engine with headers has been installed in the red-colored Mustang, while the original engine is in a box on a pallet. I would like to execute a cash deal of $8000 for the red-colored 1969 Mustang with the original engine on the pallet. If you want the 289 High-Performane engine then add $3500.

THE GREEN-COLORED 1969 MUSTANG HARDTOP
The green-colored 1969 Mustang Hardtop has the original 302 cubic inch engine, the C-4 three-speed automatic transmission and the standard 8 inch rear end. This green-colored MUSTANG is RARE as it retains the Original 1969 California License Plate that is on the California Certificate of Title! The 1969 License Plate on the 1969 Mustang is VERY RARE and these cars are referred to as the BLACK PLATE MUSTANGS.  A potential California buyer can register the Mustang in CA and drive it with the Original 1969 California License Plate! I would like to execute a cash deal of $16,000.00 for the green-colored 1969 Mustang.

Both cars need exterior and interior restoration of the original components. I have some additional parts, such as a set of original 289/302 cu. in. exhaust manifolds, two original front seats, a NIB black carpet, a NIB black head liner, an original extra instrument panel, etc., that are included with the cars.

Note , I am amenable to a partial trade for a 1996-1997 F250 or F350 4x4 truck. A manual 5-speed OD transmission is preferred, but an automatic E4OD transmission will do. A single cab will do, but a Super Cab or a Crew Cab is preferred. The truck should have a clean title, good exterior/interior and good running condition, no beaters please. The value of your truck will be deducted from the cost for the Mustang(s). Contact me with any questions. Both red- and green-colored Mustangs are stored in my garage.
